Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026. By using FrogsWork you agree to these terms with KorraOne.
The service
FrogsWork Invoicing is software for outgoing sales invoices and related records. You may use it in a browser, as a phone PWA, or through the Windows desktop app. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and your tax obligations.
Account and subscription
An active FrogsWork account and Stripe subscription are required to create invoices. New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial (card required at checkout). Stripe may also offer coupons at checkout. See pricing.
If you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the current billing period. After that, your login remains and your account data is retained for 30 days (then deleted) unless you resubscribe or delete it sooner. See the privacy policy.
Your data
You own the business data you enter. Invoice data is stored by KorraOne on the account API (D1 and R2). Keep your own exports of important records if you need them. KorraOne is not liable for loss from account misuse, missing backups you control, or third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass subscription checks, abuse the account API, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Disclaimer
FrogsWork is provided as-is to the extent permitted by Australian law. KorraOne does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to fees paid to KorraOne in the twelve months before a claim, where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms or pricing with notice on this site. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
