Last updated: June 2026. By downloading or using FrogsWork you agree to these terms with KorraOne.
The software
FrogsWork is desktop software for creating outgoing sales invoices and related records. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices you issue and for meeting your tax obligations.
Free tier and platform fees
You may use FrogsWork without an account while your ex-GST sales invoicing stays within the published free monthly allowance. Above that threshold, a KorraOne account is required and usage-based platform fees apply as described on the pricing page. KorraOne may invoice platform fees separately from your customer sales invoices.
Your data
You own the business data you enter locally. Keep backups of important records. KorraOne is not liable for loss of local data caused by hardware failure, user error, or failure to back up.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass billing limits, tamper with usage records, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the billing server.
Disclaimer
FrogsWork is provided as-is to the extent permitted by Australian law. KorraOne does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to fees paid to KorraOne in the twelve months before a claim, where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms or pricing with notice on this site. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
